Shigure is the dog of the zodiac and the owner of the house where he, Tohru, Yuki and Kyo live. He is a writer who writes both academic books and romance novels under many pen names. His most common and celebrated is "Karitani Noa" from his erotic "Summer-Colored Sky" novel.

He loves to drink tea, eat takoyaki, drive his editor, whom he affectionately calls "Miichan", to tears by feigning the non-completion of his work, sleep late, and smoke cigarettes.

He's a jokester who occasionally gives advice or purposely stirs up controversy for the good of everyone in the end.

unscramble the codes

Hatori went for a visit today. I asked him to stay for a little while so that we could have a little chat. Since he didn't have anything to do, and he did stay for a while.
"The truth is... I want to tell you something." I uttered.

"Well, since we're here, why don't you tell me?" then Tohru-kun gave us cups of tea.

"Thank you, Ms. Honda."

"Uhm, Tohru-kun, is it okay if I tell you to buy the things on the grocery list?"

"Of course! Soueba! I'll check on them right away. " she said. And hurriedly ran upstairs for some change of clothes.
It'a a rather sensitive topic. I think it would uncomfort Hatori if someone else finds out. Besides, it's not like anybody would be interested.

"I saw Kana with her husband at the Sohma Hotsprings while I was on vacation." Hatori became quiet -- extra quiet.

"Shigure. She has a family now. It's only right that she's with her husband. Don't worry. I'm okay and it's time to move on."

"Right? More like left, if you ask me. She left you the burden. Ayame's right, she should be the one suffering, and not you."

"*chuckles* Thanks."

Hatori is such a withdrawn man. He keeps his emotion for himself and does his best to keep it intact. It's one helluva task. He's able to maintain his composure while the pain lives inside his heart. He is in pain, he doesn't choose to show it to his close friends. What I'm afraid is that the pain might fill Hatori up. He might go on a rampage... Nah.

I'm just hoping that he would tell us what he really feels about Kana's new family.
