Shigure is the dog of the zodiac and the owner of the house where he, Tohru, Yuki and Kyo live. He is a writer who writes both academic books and romance novels under many pen names. His most common and celebrated is "Karitani Noa" from his erotic "Summer-Colored Sky" novel.

He loves to drink tea, eat takoyaki, drive his editor, whom he affectionately calls "Miichan", to tears by feigning the non-completion of his work, sleep late, and smoke cigarettes.

He's a jokester who occasionally gives advice or purposely stirs up controversy for the good of everyone in the end.

super soup!

"Pull up! Pull up!" Tohru's out working, so I asked Kyo-kun to prepare a soup for me. Guess what? He did! Bravo! But Kyo-kun was handling the tray too low. He almost crashed the bowl on my drafts.
I must say, Kyo-kun is somewhat becoming mature. *what the hell came over me?* Proofs? There are proofs. It's becoming a bit more quiet, his motivation to look for a job, his rants are decreasing, Kyo's on the road to manhood.

Pretty funny eh? Not as funny as me... writing in the middle of my vacation.

Oh, you must be asking why I'm writing drafts while I'm on hiatus. Well, I'm bored. Pretty ironic. The work that I took a break from is the same thing that I'm doing while I'm on hiatus. On the brighter side, it's just leisure writing. There isn't any deadlines to beat.

I'm also helping a friend with his novel. I'm not collaborating. I'm just providing feedbacks, tips and potential stories that might give color to his chapters -- merely suggesting. I feel proud. It's like having a student and I'm the sensei.
"So... ano... should I make dinner for Tohru as well?"

"Bfft!" crap I threw up a good soup! "What? Nani? Are you well, Kyo-kun? You're not sick or something? gasp! Are you Kyo-kun?! or are someone disguised as Kyo?! What did you do to him?! Are you for real, Kyo?!"

"Forget it."

"Ahhh, iya iya! Forget my overreaction. You should probably make dinner for her. Yeah! It's a great idea, Kyo! I mean... Kyo-kun!"
